Once upon a time, on the edge of a village, there lived a little girl called Kati. Although she was only 3 years old, everyone thought she was very clever. She could run, climb, sing songs and say songs. But there was one thing she could never do: tumble.
Kati had a sister, Sara. Kati would often sit and watch Sára do her curtsy. But she could not imagine how she would ever roll like a ball.
He asked his sister:
- Sara, how can you do such a tumble? Teach me too!
Sara didn't need to be told twice, she explained that she should just squat down, push herself away and imagine she was a ball that just rolled and rolled. She assured Kati to try it on the bed, because she couldn't hit herself there in case the somersault didn't work out the way she had imagined.
Kati sighed heavily, climbed up on the bed, summoned all her courage, and lo and behold! Suddenly she rolled as if she had been born that way. From then on, she practised all day long to make her mum and dad proud.
He realised that a fall is just a matter of courage, and that he need not fear it. You just have to try, and it gets easier from there.
And in the evening, before going to bed, he showed the two sisters' parents what Sara had taught Kati that day. And their parents were very happy and proud to watch them! Afterwards, they went to bed, and it was time for the bedtime story they fell asleep. Good night to you too!
