There's a farmer with a brain
smaller than a new potato,
thinks he knows everything,
and his mind is just wandering.

You would have a richer farm,
if you go to school.
Not the sharpest knife,
it's never too late to learn.

He thought, why bother,
and the donkey is walking.
Never been to school
yet his back is full.

Of course, with foam, that's the way he wants it,
no one has educated him.
What you do is hard work,
only fatigue is the reward.

Well, the farmer thought big
he took a horse after the cart,
but his idea is worth nothing
the damn wagon won't roll.

His steed also chuckled,
what is your owner thinking?
Pushing is so mean,
a horse before a cart.

The village is in high spirits
what the half-wit is doing.
He ties a horse behind the cart,
and then he looks after you.

That's enough for today
I'm going to school,
thought the stupid farmer
cleverness was the reward.
